MCR raises funds for good causes

Help Support MCR Run the London Half Marathon and Raise Money for the NSPCC

MCR raises funds for good causes - Sunday 11th October 2009

Andy Stoneman, Paul Clark, Jason Godefroy, Phil Duffy, Paul Williams and Steve Clancy and many other staff of corporate turnaround specialists MCR, will be running the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon to raise money for the NSPCC along with clients from HBOS, Eurofactor, GE Capital UK, KBC Bank, Kennedys Law, Wedlake Bell, Berg Legal Osborne Clarke and Kelso Place Asset Management.

Andrew Stoneman, managing partner, MCR, said: "Many may think running even a half marathon will be enough to tip us over the edge and finish us off, but as turnaround professionals we are confident of getting the best outcome possible. Having raised over £15,000 last year we hope to better that this year but can only hope to do that with your support".

"We are organising just one request to our business friends to donate money to the NSPCC and this can be done via our Just Giving page which is the easiest and fastest way to donate. www.justgiving.com/mcr . It is a great cause and please be generous and your support on the day would be appreciated.

The event is the 2nd Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon and for those in the industry who want to come along and pledge their support or even just come along, point and laugh, the event starts on Sunday 11th October at 10am in Hyde Park. MCR supporters will be congregating at the 7 mile post in Hyde Park and afterwards to celebrate at "the after party VIP event" at Sergio's Restaurant, Great Titchfield Street, W1. All supporters and family members are welcome.
