BORDERS (UK) LIMITED (FORMERLY IN ADMINISTRATION) ("THE COMPANY")

Philip Duffy, Geoff Bouchier and David Whitehouse of MCR were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 26 November 2009.

I confirm the Administration ended on 25 May 2011 and accordingly the Joint Administrators ceased to act.  A copy of the Joint Administrators final progress report, dated 23 May 2011, can be viewed by clicking here .

The Company has no funds available for unsecured creditors.  All available information is contained within the final progress report.

The Company will be dissolved shortly and struck off the register at Companies House.
